Chris and Chellie Mulberry are Lexington, Kentucky, natives. They both attended Bluegrass Community and Technical College, where Chris studied architecture, real estate, and business, while Chellie focused on real estate and business. Although they first met in middle school, they reconnected in a real estate class in the spring of 2006. A few years later, they were married — and Mulberry Builders was born.

Chris and Chellie share a passion for breathing new life into old spaces, partnering with clients to bring their dreams to reality, and building a company that provides for the families of their team members.

As principal builder and head of business development, Chris leads our construction projects and client relationships. Chellie, our principal designer, focuses on creating spaces that clients truly love, with her design touch seen in every home we build or remodel.

They are also the proud parents of three boys and one girl, and they understand firsthand the importance of family and home. As business owners and busy parents, they recognize how disruptive a remodel can be — and our team works hard to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible, so you can get back to enjoying your home.
