Chris and Chellie Mulberry are Lexington, Kentucky natives. After graduating from high school in 2005, Chris and Chellie attended Bluegrass Community and Technical College where Chris studied architecture, real estate, and business while Chellie focused on real estate and business. Although they knew each other from middle school, Chris and Chellie reconnected in a real estate class in the spring of 2006. A few years later they were married and Mulberry Builders was formed.

Chris and Chellie have a passion for seeing old become new, partnering with our amazing clients to build their dreams, and building a business that provides for the families of our team members.

Chris is our principal builder and head of business development. Chellie’s focus is on designing spaces that our clients love to be in, and as principal designer her talent is seen in every space we build or remodel.

Chris and Chellie are the proud parents of three boys and one girl. They realize the importance of family and building something bigger than themselves. As business owners and busy parents, they understand the impact a remodel can have on a family and household. Our team will do everything we can to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible so you can get back to enjoying your home.
